AUTUMN IN TASMANIA

As the leaves begin to settle and the frosts of winter move in here are a few photos taken during Autumns in Tasmania. For me and I am sure many others the months of March, April and May are particularly marvelous. The warm midday sun of summer still lingers but winter is beginning to gnaw away at the night leaving the dawns misty and fresh. Tasmania’s eastern coast in particular seems to come to life. The combination of reasonable water temperatures and clean groundswells mean there are plenty of opportunities on offer for the surfers among us. I hope these photos bring back a pleasant memory from the past few months.
